Flexibility to include top-up mechanical cooling
Where free-cooling cannot completely satisfy the cooling load, partial free-cooling can be implemented, which is topped up with an element of mechanical cooling. This feature means that the system only needs to operate entirely on mechanical cooling for about 4%* of the year and typically saves 70%* of the energy consumed by a conventional cooling system.
