Server room re-design for Slough Borough Council
Comms Room Services provided consultancy for a comms room re-design at Slough Borough Council's head office. The project was completed on time, within an extremely strict timescale, and without any unscheduled outages.

Complete redesign with minimum downtime
Slough Borough Council required a complete server room re-design incorporating - among others - data cabling infrastructure, air-conditioning, raised flooring, a Medusa II patching rack, data racking and a gas extraction system. As the general public have online access to the Council's services, including facilities such as online bill payment, the cut over from the old room to the new room had to be completed in very quick time, staged over three weekends, overnight, and ensure any outages were planned and extremely limited.
